7-Day Return & After-Sales Support

At JAS Creative Toys, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or has a significant quality issue, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number along with photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A free replacement
  • Replacement parts
  • An exchange
  • A partial or full refund

For verified product quality issues, we will cover any necessary replacement or return shipping costs.

Missing Building Block Pieces

If your building set is missing any pieces, you do not need to return the entire product.

Please contact us with your order number and details or photos of the missing pieces. Once verified, we will arrange replacement pieces free of charge.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to product quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning any product. Do not send a return without prior authorization from our customer service team.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will be handled according to our return policy.
